Payment Policy

1. Accepted Payment Methods

All payments are processed securely through encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your credit card details.

2. Currency

All prices on our website are displayed in USD (United States Dollars) by default.

For international transactions, additional foreign transaction or conversion fees may apply depending on your financial institution.

3. Payment Authorization

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • The payment method used belongs to you or you have authorization to use it.

  • The billing information provided is accurate and complete.

  • The price/final amount is correct/final.

We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment authorization fails or if fraud is suspected.

4. Order Processing

Orders will only be processed once full payment has been successfully received and verified, usually within 1-3 business days.

If payment is declined or incomplete, your order will not be confirmed.

5. Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by their country. No returns will be accepted dues to tariff/customs fees.

6. Payment Security

We use industry-standard SSL encryption and secure payment providers to protect your personal and financial information.

Your payment information is never stored on our servers.

7. Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers, we reserve the right to:

  • Request additional verification for high-value orders

  • Request bank wire for high-value orders

  • Cancel suspicious transactions

  • Refuse service to suspected fraudulent activity

8. Returns:

Exceptions / Non‑refundable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, refunded or cancelled such as special orders or personalized items. These items include Mystery Boxes or Replacement orders. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on earrings, adjustable rings, sale items, or gift cards.
